I was very suspicious at first that this was actually a robot. If you watch the whole video, you will see very clearly that this is a robot. Do you think that robots should look so life like? Could you tell that this was a robot if you saw it on the street or in a store? This type of robot could be made useful in the space program. They could go to places that we as humans cannot. What other uses could we find for a robot like this?
I hope those robots don't take over the world.

ReplyDeleteif i saw this "robot" in a store, i would have noo idea it was a robot!!!!! im still in shock beacuse i didn't read the heading for the video, i just clicked it, and i truely thought it was a real person, omg!!!!!
i don't think robots need to look this life like. if their just going to go into space, then there's no point for then to have..... well they shpuld look like humans, just not so overly detailed
i think that robots shouldnt get so human like because then they/someone will take advantage and try to use them for bad things (terminator)

oh my goodness, i thought that at first it was actually a girl pretending to be a robot, but it actually is one! I do not want robots on this earth because then life will get so confusing, i mean sure send them to space or soemthing like that or things we cant do as humans but i do not want this anywhere on the street or something. maggie p6

I actually thought she was a real, normal person just acting like a robot but it turns out shes not!Robots should not look so realistic because we would wont know whose real and whose fake, or they atleast should not be doing human activities like walking around outside.
ReplyDeletethats really creepy!! what do they make the skin and eyes out of? why do they need to look so much like us, they don't need noses or hair, and in space no one would even see them, so it wouldn't matter if they looked like humans.

that looks ausume i can totaly see it like a human i wouldnt be able to tell the difference from afar. The voice is a bit off putting though, still a bit 'recorded'y
ReplyDeleteOMG!!!! Those robots are really creepy. How can they get so human-like???? I think we should only have a few ,'cause thats just creepy. Also, if they start to perform human-like activities, then people might just start using robots for jobs cause then you dont have to pay them. And that will only be bad for us cause the unemployment # would increase.
ReplyDeleteWe can use them for mainly science related things like underwater and space expeditions, and calculations.

OMIGOD!!!! This is so weird... i couldn't tell it was a robot unless it opened its mouth! IT EVEN BLINKED!!! Why would they want to make them so life-like??? Oh and also, why would the fact that they look more life-like make it easier for them to go to places in space that we can't go?
